The following Terms and Conditions apply whenever you access the website, the mobile application and/or purchase our services.

The purchase of any of the services from www.bcivisa.com is conditional upon you reading and accepting all the terms and conditions written and linked to, the Terms of Use, Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the sole discretion of bureau conseil en Immigration inc.

1. Terms of Use

DEFINITION OF TERMS

Basic Requirements” means the basic requirements which the Client or Applicant must meet, to purchase the Service. It is the Client's responsibility to review the basic requirements before proceeding with the purchase of the service.

"Client" or “Applicant” or "you" or "your" means the individual visiting this Website

"Client account " means the secure online client account area, managed by bcivisa.com which allows Clients to enter, update their personal information and access to the purchased Service (download and upload requested documents and application forms and communicate with the designated immigration consultant and other employees).

"bcivisa.com" or "we" or "our" means Bureau Conseil en Immigration inc.

"Service" means the Visa, Permit or Service provided by Bureau Conseil en Immigration inc. A detailed description of what is included in your Service package can be found at www.bcivisa.com.

"Working Day" means a working day in Canada. Monday to Friday, except the official Canadian holidays.

"Website" means www.bcivisa.com

AGE RESTRICTION

2. Terms of Service

PAYABLE FEES

  • The applicable taxes are provincial and federal taxes ( GST/QST). these taxes apply to the residents of Canada only.
  • Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

COMMUNICATIONS

you consent to communicating with us electronically and agree that all communications including agreements, invoices, notices, etc.) to be in writing. All the communications with the clients are through the Client Account Area only and we reserve the right not to respond to inquiries that are not sent through the Client Area.

We will communicate with you by e-mail, sending you a message through the Client Account Area to confirm with you the information you provided. In case we do not receive answer and within two (3) working days, we will prepare the Service based on the information previously provided by you.

INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE CLIENT

The information provided by the applicant must be accurate, including the date of birth, qualifications, contact details, etc. If the information provided by the Client is not correct, the Service may not be accurate.

DELIVERY OF THE SERVICE

After you purchase the service, we will prepare and have the Service delivered to you within the time frame provided in the Service description. However, in certain cases this may take longer, depending on the complexity of the Client's case.

You will be notified as soon as the Service will be made available for download through the Client account area. If you do not access within two days the purchased service documents using the Client account area, we will email the documents using the email address provided by you, the Client.

ONLINE SUPPORT SERVICE

We offer our Online Support Service to our clients during the subscription period, clients can submit via the Client account area questions related to the purchased service and related immigration matter.

We will reply to your enquiries within two working days. In some cases, it may take longer than 2 working days, depending on the nature of the enquiry.

CONSULTATION SERVICE

The client is required to telephone our office at the scheduled time of consultation. The designated Immigration Consultant will be available during the time of the consultation to answer all your questions and provide you with the solution and offered options.

The client must book the date and time of the consultation by selecting the "Book Consultation" option from our website or in the Client account area .

SELF-MANAGED VISA SERVICE:

This service is a comprehensive and affordable immigration service provided by Bureau Conseil en Immigration.

This service is limited to the period of 10 working days, after the delivery date.

The ten(10) working days period begins the first time you download your Self-Managed Visa documents or when we send you the documents package to the email address you provided us with when you registered, whichever occurs first.

The Self-Managed Visa Service will be provided in accordance with the Terms of the retainer agreement, available in the Client account area.

PREMIUM SERVICE

We manage your application on your behalf. we represent you with the Canadian provincial and Federal immigration authorities.

This service ends upon completion of tasks identified in the signed agreement available in your Client account.

AUTHORIZED IMMIGRATION CONSULTANTS AND REPRESENTATIVES:

Under Canadian immigration law, only a Lawyer, Notary or a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) can advise and represent individuals with the Canadian Immigration authorities. Immigration Consultants must be registered with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). The ICCRC can be reached here.

For the province of Quebec, the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) must be recognized and registered with Québec directory of immigration consultants, recognized by the Quebec Immigration Ministry.

CODE OF CONDUCT

All services provided by Bureau Conseil en Immigration, are performed by Authorized, Licensed Canadian Immigration Consultants employed or working with Bureau Conseil en Immigration. All our immigration consultants are acting in accordance with the ICCRC Code of Professional Ethics and Business Conduct and Ethics. These codes are the standards of conduct of ICCRC members, the fair and efficient enforcement of which should protect the public from unethical or incompetent practice.

PROTECTION OF ACCESS TO CLIENT ACCOUNT

It is your responsibility to protect your username and password.

The access to your Client Account is protected by your email/ username and a password. you will be asked to enter your email/username and password each time you log in.

Bureau Conseil en Immigration (bcivisa.com) will not be held responsible for any access of a third parties to your Client Account, whether the log in details were provided by you or were obtained otherwise.

SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

We may need to interrupt your access to the Website to perform maintenance services on a scheduled or unscheduled basis.

You agree that your access to the website may be affected by unscheduled maintenance or downtime and that we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of data caused because of such downtime.

TERMINATION OF SERVICE

The Client can terminate the service by sending a written notice via the Client account messaging system. The Client can also terminate the service by clicking on “Deleting My Account” in the client account section.

In our discretion, we may suspend, restrict access, or terminate your Client account and use of our Website, at any time, without notice to you, for any reason, including but not limited to the operation and efficiency of the Website or related to your use or misuse of the Website, or any action that proves your breach of any of these Terms and Conditions. We will have no responsibility to notify any third party.
