Bureau Conseil en Immigration inc, is a Canadian private corporation and it is bound by :

When you provide us with personal information to complete a visa or immigration service and you pay for this service and check the consent section, we assume you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask you for personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will ask you directly for your consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

We take all measures possible to safely store client's personal information using the following methods:

  • We limit the access to client's file (only your designated consultant and the case manager have access to your personal information)
  • All devices (computers, USB keys and other electronic wireless devices) are all protected with passwords and have the strongest form of protection possible.
  • We destroy all personal information that we no longer need to fulfill the purpose that you collected it for.
How we protect and Store personal information: Paper files?

We protect these information and documents in a restricted area approved by the regulators for safety and security of personal information. Only authorized persons have access to your file.

How we protect and Store the personal information: Electronic files?
  • using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
  • Using Firewalls, Encrypted data files, encrypted personal information that is sent or received over the Internet (by email or through web forms.)
  • Electronic audit trails that identify who has access Client's information
  • We store Our customer information in high-capacity servers located in a secure data center.

It is also important for you to protect your client account password and make sure to sign off when you finish using a shared or public computer.
