You may appeal refusals of sponsorship under the family class, removal orders and residency obligation requirements. You can also appeal a negative refugee decision RAD (under specific conditions). the decision to appeal should be considered carefully. Time and expense must be taken into consideration.

Permanent residents, Convention refugees and protected persons who have received removal orders from Canada, can appeal the deportation order.

If your claim for Refugee Status was rejected and you disagree with a negative refugee decision ,you might be able to file an appeal to the Refugee Appeal Division (RAD) , under specific conditions.

If you live outside Canada and you received the visa officer's decision that you do not meet your residency obligation, you can appeal the decision to the Immigration Appeal Division (IAD).

If you are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident who filed an application to sponsor a family member ( family class) , and the permanent resident application refused, you may appeal the refusal of the application to the Immigration Appeal Division.

If you disagree with a negative decision issued by Quebec ministry of immigration, you can request an administrative review. Only elements relevant to a fact that existed at the time of " initial decision rendered can be considered.
